Wide four-module sports changing facility

This stored configuration uses four steel-framed P600 modules linked in a single-storey, wide arrangement. Together, they create a 5.9m x 8.8m footprint with approximately 46 m² of internal usable floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, has an external height of 2.40m and provides an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each individual module is 5.7m x 2.0m.

The layout is intended as a modular changing room for the Sport & Leisure sector. Its broad single-storey format is suited to football, rugby and cricket clubs looking to provide practical changing accommodation without introducing an upper floor. The final internal arrangement, including circulation and room divisions, is confirmed through the quotation and layout process.

Openings across the exposed elevations

Module 1 forms one outer side of the four-module arrangement. Its exposed north wall has two small windows with a single glazed door positioned between them. The east and west end walls each have one top-only high-level window.

Modules 2 and 3 sit within the wide configuration. Each has one top-only high-level window in its exposed east end wall and another in its exposed west end wall. Module 4 forms the opposite outer side: its east and west end walls each have one top-only high-level window, while its exposed south wall has two top-only high-level windows.

These openings are specific to the stored design. Any changes to window or door positions should be reviewed against the internal room arrangement and confirmed in the final quotation.

Light Grey insulated exterior and apex roof

The exposed outside walls use included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Light Grey, RAL 7035. The selected north wall of Module 1, south wall of Module 4 and the east and west end walls of all four modules use smooth, standard insulated panels in the same Light Grey finish. The building is completed with a dual-pitch apex roof.

Final colours, interfaces and visible finishing details remain subject to quotation. Any cladding-related pricing is provided as part of the project quotation rather than itemised in public product information.

Requested WC and shower fit-out

A WC and shower have been requested for this configuration, with their exact positions and room dimensions to be confirmed in the final layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels together with wet-room PVC flooring to provide finishes appropriate to those spaces.

Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard, other hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades, but they are not included specifications for this stored design unless added to the final quotation. Fixtures, finishes and room details shown in supporting imagery are also subject to quotation.

Indicative price and site requirements

The indicative configured estimate is £58,200 excluding VAT, or £69,840 including VAT. This estimate is subject to quotation and confirmation of the requested WC, shower and final internal layout. The configuration can be reviewed through the building configurator.

Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Siting requirements are subject to survey, including confirmation of access, working space, levels and any project-specific preparation needed before the modules arrive.
