Four-module run layout
This configuration links four steel-framed P600 modules in a straight, single-storey run. The completed building has a 23.6m x 2.2m footprint and provides approximately 46 m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an external height of 2.40m and a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m.
The arrangement is intended as a modular changing room for the Sport & Leisure sector. Its long, linear format is suited to clubs seeking changing accommodation across one level, including football, rugby and cricket organisations.
Windows and external access
Module 1 forms the western end of the run. Its north wall has two high-level, top-only windows. The south wall includes a small window, a single glazed door and a second small window, while the exposed west end has one high-level, top-only window.
- Module 2: two high-level, top-only windows on both the north and south walls.
- Module 3: two high-level, top-only windows on both the north and south walls.
- Module 4: two high-level, top-only windows on both the north and south walls, plus one high-level, top-only window on the exposed east end.
This produces repeated high-level glazing along the north and south elevations, with the single glazed entrance positioned on the south wall of Module 1. The final arrangement should be checked alongside the internal room plan before quotation.
Selected exterior treatment
All exposed outside walls are specified with ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding in Venge, applied between the frame. The boards run vertically across the north and south walls of all four modules, the west end of Module 1 and the east end of Module 4. Cladding is priced as part of the project quotation rather than itemised publicly.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this configuration.
Requested changing-room fit-out
A WC and shower are requested, with their exact positions and room divisions to be confirmed in the final layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. These wet-area finishes should therefore be confirmed together with the sanitary arrangement during quotation.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and other hygienic-panel styles remain selectable upgrades or choices. Room-by-room flooring outside the toilet and shower areas is not fixed in this stored design and must also be selected and confirmed. These details can be reviewed through the configuration process.
Estimate and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £55,200 excluding VAT, or £66,240 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final fit-out. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Siting is subject to survey. Access, levels, ground conditions, service requirements and the proposed position should be assessed before the order is finalised, allowing the quotation to reflect the actual site and confirmed changing-room layout.
