    Configuration and footprint

    This building uses four 5.9m x 2.2m P600 modules arranged in a two-by-two grid. The completed single-storey structure has an overall footprint of 11.8m x 4.4m and provides approximately 46 m² of internal floor area. It is configured for the Sport & Leisure sector as a practical modular changing room for football, rugby and cricket clubs.

    The exterior is finished in Black vertical cladding and topped by a dual-pitch apex roof. Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 system, with buildings delivered and installed across the UK. The four-module grid creates a broad rectangular plan that can be incorporated into a sports ground, training facility or club site, subject to the required site preparation and service connections.

    Module-by-module layout

    Module 1 forms the north-west part of the building. Its exposed 5.9m north wall contains a small window, a single glazed entrance door and a second small window. The exposed 2.2m west end has two small windows. This is the only external door specified in the configuration and provides the main point of access.

    Module 2 sits on the north-east side. Its exposed north wall has two top-only, high-level windows, while its exposed east end contains two small windows. These openings provide glazing on both outward-facing elevations without adding another external entrance.

    Module 3 occupies the south-west position. Its exposed 5.9m south wall has two top-only, high-level windows. Two further small windows are fitted to the exposed 2.2m west end, matching the pattern used on the opposite western module.

    Module 4 completes the south-east corner of the grid. Its exposed east end contains two small windows, while the exposed south wall has two top-only, high-level windows. Together, Modules 3 and 4 create a consistent south elevation with four high-level windows.

    Internal fit-out and specification

    The internal fit-out includes a WC and shower, supporting the core requirements of a club changing facility. The price relates to the standard fitted specification for this exact four-module arrangement, including the stated external finish, apex roof, glazed door and window configuration. Any revised internal arrangement, additional fittings or site-specific requirements would need to be assessed and priced separately.

    The P600 format also allows buyers to review and define a building using the P600 configurator. This configuration remains a single-storey, four-module building; no upper floor, terrace or additional external doors are included in the brief.

    Price, programme and site preparation

    The indicative price is £58,200 excluding VAT, or £69,840 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately once the location, access and installation requirements have been reviewed.
