Single-storey four-module run
This stored P600 configuration links four steel-framed modules in a straight, single-storey run. The external footprint is 23.6m long by 2.2m wide, creating approximately 45.6m² of usable internal area before partitions. This is a conservative allowance based on the individual modules; a connected open layout may provide more usable space where the final room arrangement allows.
Each module measures 5.9m by 2.2m externally and is approximately 2.40m high. Its usable interior is approximately 5.7m by 2.0m, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The long, narrow arrangement is intended as a modular changing room for football, rugby and cricket clubs.
Openings across the exposed elevations
The north elevation has three small windows in each of the four modules, giving 12 small windows across that side of the run. On the south elevation, Module 1 has two small windows and one single glazed door. Modules 2, 3 and 4 each have three small windows on their south walls, giving a further nine small windows alongside the two in Module 1.
- Module 1 has a high-level, top-only window in its exposed west end wall.
- Module 4 has a high-level, top-only window in its exposed east end wall.
- The single glazed external door is positioned on the south wall of Module 1.
- The linked internal ends form the continuous four-module run.
Anthracite external treatment
All exposed outside walls are selected with Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding between the frame. The boards run vertically across the north and south walls of all four modules, the west end of Module 1 and the east end of Module 4. This selection applies to the full exposed wall areas identified in the configuration. Cladding is priced as part of the final quotation and is not itemised publicly.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this configuration. Final illustrated details, fixtures and finish samples remain subject to confirmation in the quotation.
Changing and washroom fit-out
A WC and shower have been requested, with their positions and associated partitions to be confirmed in the final internal layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. Shower-room areas use wet-room PVC flooring. Where selected, plaster applies to the outside faces of bathroom walls.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative finishes are selected to suit the agreed changing, circulation and washroom arrangement rather than assumed across the complete building. The final layout can be reviewed through the stored configuration and quotation process using the building configurator.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £55,200 excluding VAT, or £66,240 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting remains subject to survey so that the proposed location, access and required site works can be assessed before the order details are finalised.
