4-Module Changing Room with WC and Shower

Four-module wide layout

This configuration uses four steel-framed P600 modules linked in a single-storey, wide arrangement. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, creating an overall external footprint of 5.9m x 8.8m. The building provides approximately 45.6 m2 of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more space, depending on the final arrangement.

Each module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m. This format provides a practical basis for a modular changing room, with the final division between changing, circulation and bathroom areas confirmed during quotation.

Doors, windows and elevations

Module 1 forms the entrance elevation on its exposed north wall, with a double glazed door positioned between two small windows. Its exposed east and west end walls each have two small windows. Modules 2 and 3 also have two small windows on each exposed east and west end wall.

Module 4 has two small windows on both its exposed east and west end walls. Its exposed south wall has three small windows. Together, these selected openings provide glazing across the outer elevations of the four-module arrangement. Their precise detailing and the final room relationship remain subject to the confirmed quotation and layout.

External finish and roof

The included external finish is formed from vertical insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021, with a smooth finish on the selected outside walls. These comprise the exposed north, east and west walls of Module 1; the east and west walls of Modules 2 and 3; and the east, south and west walls of Module 4.

A dual-pitch apex roof completes the stored configuration. Final external details, junctions and illustrated finishes are confirmed through the project quotation rather than assumed from visual material.

Requested WC and shower fit-out

A WC and shower are requested for confirmation in the final internal layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an option. The shower room uses wet-room PVC flooring. Where selected, plaster applies outside the bathroom walls.

Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative wall or floor finishes depend on the final room plan and selected specification. The position, size and relationship of the WC, shower, changing space and circulation areas must therefore be agreed before quotation is finalised.

Estimate and site requirements

The indicative configured estimate is £58,200 excluding VAT, or £69,840 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.

Siting is subject to survey, including access, ground conditions and the requirements of the chosen location. These factors may affect transport planning, offloading and site works. The stored design can be reviewed through the building configurator, with final details established in the project quotation.
