Configuration and scale
This modular clubhouse comprises three linked P600 steel-framed modules arranged as a single-storey, wide layout. Together, they create an external footprint of 5.9m x 6.6m and approximately 34.2 m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. A connected open layout may provide more usable space, depending on the final partition plan.
Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and has an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The external module height is 2.40m, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The three modules are linked across their long sides to form the wider building.
The stored P600 configuration is intended for Sport & Leisure use, providing a compact clubhouse arrangement for sports clubs and community organisations. Internal divisions are confirmed when the WC, shower and remaining room layout are finalised.
Windows and entrance arrangement
The openings bring glazing to both long elevations and every exposed module end:
- Module 1 has two large windows and a double door with glazing on its north wall, plus one full-size window in each of its east and west end walls.
- Module 2 has one full-size window in each of its east and west end walls.
- Module 3 has two large windows on its south wall, plus one full-size window in each of its east and west end walls.
Selected exterior treatment
ARLINE 24136 slatted cladding in Teak is selected between the frame on the exposed outside walls. Vertical boards cover Module 1’s north, east and west walls; Module 2’s east and west walls; and Module 3’s east, south and west walls. The building is finished with a dual-pitch apex roof. Final colours, interfaces and detailed finish selections are confirmed by quotation.
Requested washroom fit-out
A WC and shower are requested for confirmation within the final internal layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. Where a shower room is incorporated, wet-room PVC flooring is used within that space.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels form the included internal wall finish. Other wall and floor finishes are selected to suit the final room arrangement. Plaster applies outside bathroom walls when that finish is selected. The precise sanitary fixtures, partitions and illustrated finishes are not fixed until they are detailed in the quotation.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £46,100 ex VAT (£55,320 inc VAT), subject to quotation. Cladding pricing is not itemised publicly. Transport is calculated separately according to the destination postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
