    A practical three-module gym layout

This configuration uses three steel-framed P600 modules connected in a straight run. Each module measures 5.9m by 2.2m, creating an overall footprint of 17.7m by 2.2m and approximately 37 m² of internal floor area. The single-storey format provides a long, efficient space for exercise equipment, individual training and supporting facilities without requiring an upper floor.

The modules are linked internally to form one complete building. The arrangement can support a private home gym or a compact personal-training studio, while the extensive glazing brings daylight into each section. It is a specific option within Adacon’s range of modular gyms for the Sport & Leisure sector.

    • Module 1 has two large windows on its north-facing 5.9m wall. Its south wall has a large window, glazed double door and second large window, while the exposed west-facing 2.2m end has a full-size window.
    • Module 2 sits between the two end modules. Its exposed north wall has two large windows, and its south wall has a further two large windows.
    • Module 3 completes the run. It has two large windows on the north wall, a full-size window on the exposed east-facing end and two large windows on the south wall.

The glazed double door in Module 1 provides the main ground-level entrance. A covered timber terrace deck runs alongside the building, providing a defined external area beside the gym and a practical approach to the entrance.

    Timber-effect exterior and fitted interior

The exterior is finished with timber-effect cladding, giving the gym a warmer appearance than a conventional site cabin or basic steel unit. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the overall profile clean and understated. The repeated window arrangement creates a consistent elevation across the full 17.7m run, with full-size end windows adding light from both ends.

Internally, the building is supplied to a full fit-out standard and includes a WC and shower. These facilities make the configuration suitable for regular home training and appointment-based personal-training sessions. The precise internal arrangement of the WC, shower, equipment zones and circulation space is coordinated as part of the final project specification rather than assumed from the external openings.

    Indicative price and project scope

The indicative price is £34,050 excluding VAT, or £40,860 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the three-module P600 building in the configuration described, including the specified timber-effect finish, doors, windows, WC and shower. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are quoted separately. The detailed project quotation will also define the site scope associated with the covered timber terrace deck.

    Lead time, access and siting

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to final specification, site information and installation scheduling. Buyers can use the P600 configurator to review the selected configuration before the project details are confirmed.

The site must provide suitable access for delivery and installation, together with a prepared, level base designed for the building and local ground conditions. Space must also be available for the installation operation. Required service connections, drainage arrangements and any planning considerations should be established before delivery. Adacon confirms the relevant base, access and connection requirements for the individual site, with groundworks and other site-specific works priced separately.
