Single-storey run layout
Three steel-framed P600 modules are arranged in a straight, single-storey run, creating an external footprint of 17.7m x 2.2m. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m and is 2.40m high externally, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m.
Based on the conservative per-module allowance, the configuration provides approximately 34.2 m² of usable internal area before partitions. A connected open layout may provide more usable space, depending on the final room arrangement. This format is intended for use as modular changing rooms for football, rugby and cricket clubs.
Windows and external access
The long north and south elevations use repeated small windows to bring daylight into the run. Module 1 has three small windows on its north wall. Its south wall has a small window, a glazed double-door set and a further small window, while the west end has a high-level, top-only window.
Module 2 has three small windows on the north wall and three small windows on the south wall. Module 3 repeats this arrangement, with three small windows on both its north and south walls. A second high-level, top-only window is positioned on the east end of Module 3.
Selected exterior
The exposed outside walls are finished with Grey ARLINE AR14514 fine-ribbed cladding, applied between the frame as vertical full-wall boards. This selected finish covers the north, south and west walls of Module 1; the north and south walls of Module 2; and the north, south and east walls of Module 3.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this configuration. Final colours, details and finishes are confirmed through the project quotation.
Requested changing and washroom fit-out
A WC and shower are requested within the design, with their positions, partitions and relationship to the changing space to be confirmed in the final layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic panels are available as an optional bathroom finish, while shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring.
Outside the bathroom areas, plaster applies where that finish is selected. Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative finishes are selected to suit the confirmed room layout rather than assumed from illustrated examples. The requirements can be recorded through the building configuration process before quotation.
Estimate, transport and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £41,500 excluding VAT, equivalent to £49,800 including VAT, and is subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate.
Positioning and site requirements remain subject to survey. Access, ground conditions and the works needed for the chosen location must be reviewed before the final quotation and siting arrangements are confirmed.
