Three-module grid configuration
This modular changing room uses three P600 steel-framed modules in a single-storey grid layout. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating an overall external footprint of 11.8m x 4.4m. The configured building provides approximately 34.2 m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more usable space.
Each module has an external height of 2.40m and a 2.16m internal ceiling. Its approximate usable interior is 5.7m x 2.0m. The final room arrangement, including the position and dimensions of changing and washing areas, is confirmed through the quotation and layout process. This configuration is intended for the Sport & Leisure sector and is suited to football, rugby and cricket clubs considering purpose-designed modular changing rooms.
Windows and entrance
The stored elevation schedule uses small windows across the exposed walls to bring natural light into the building. Module 1 has two small windows and a glazed double door on its north 5.9m wall, plus two small windows on its west 2.2m end.
- Module 2: three small windows on the north wall
- Module 2: two small windows on the east end
- Module 2: three small windows on the south wall
- Module 3: two small windows on the east end
- Module 3: three small windows on the south wall
- Module 3: two small windows on the west end
These openings relate specifically to the exposed elevations in this stored configuration. Final fixture details and the completed relationship between openings, partitions and internal facilities are confirmed by quotation.
Anthracite external finish
The selected exposed walls are finished with Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding, installed as vertical boards between the frame. Full-wall cladding is selected for the north and west walls of Module 1; the north, east and south walls of Module 2; and the east, south and west walls of Module 3.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected. The Anthracite finish gives the exposed elevations a consistent appearance while retaining the visible structural framing around the cladded wall areas.
Requested WC and shower fit-out
A WC and shower are requested for this changing-room configuration, with their final positions and associated partitions to be confirmed in the completed layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic panels are available as an optional selection, while shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring.
Where selected, plaster applies outside the bathroom walls. Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative finishes are selected to suit the final room layout rather than assumed across the complete building.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £41,100 excluding VAT, or £49,320 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of access, levels and relevant site conditions. The arrangement can be reviewed through the building configurator, but the quotation and agreed final layout determine the supplied openings, fixtures, finishes and room divisions.
