Three-module single-storey layout

This modular changing room uses three linked P600 steel-framed modules arranged in a single-storey grid. Together, they create an overall footprint of 11.8m x 4.4m and approximately 36 m² of usable internal floor area. The configuration is intended for the Sport & Leisure sector and is suited to football, rugby and cricket clubs requiring a practical standalone changing facility.

Each P600 module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m, with a 2.16m internal ceiling height. The three-module arrangement provides the combined space needed to develop the final changing, WC and shower layout.

Doors and windows

The exposed elevations use a specific mix of glazed access, small windows and high-level top-only windows:

Module 1 north wall: one small window, one single glazed door and one small window.
Module 1 west end wall: one high-level top-only window.
Module 2 north wall: two high-level top-only windows.
Module 2 east end wall: one high-level top-only window.

External panels and roof

The exterior uses included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Pure White (RAL 9010). The selected exposed north and west walls of Module 1, north, east and south walls of Module 2, and east, south and west walls of Module 3 use smooth standard insulated panels in the same Pure White finish. The building is configured with a dual-pitch apex roof.

Requested changing-room fit-out

A WC and shower have been requested for confirmation in the final internal layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels together with wet-room PVC flooring. These wet-area requirements are distinct from the included standard finish elsewhere, which consists of white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels.

Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring specifications remain selectable upgrades or choices rather than included features of this stored configuration. Final sanitary fittings, finishes, room divisions and related details are confirmed by quotation. Siting and indicative cost

Final siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of the available footprint, access and site conditions. Transport is priced according to postcode and access.
