This configuration uses three P600 steel-framed modules in a single-storey grid layout, with an external footprint of 11.8m x 4.4m. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m and is 2.40m externally, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. Grey grooved-plank exterior
Grey ARLINE AR16016 grooved-plank cladding is selected for the exposed walls between the frame, with the boards installed vertically. It is specified on Module 1’s north and west walls, Module 2’s north, east and south walls, and Module 3’s east, south and west walls. Final fixture and finish details remain subject to quotation.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in the stored configuration.
Requested internal fit-out
A kitchenette and WC are requested, but their exact positions and specifications must be confirmed as part of the final room layout. Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Other finishes can be selected to suit the agreed office arrangement through the building configurator.
Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an optional finish. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside bathroom walls. If the final design includes a shower room, wet-room PVC flooring is used within that space; a shower room is not specified in the current brief.
