Two-module run layout
This configuration uses two steel-framed P600 modules linked end to end in a single-storey run. Its external footprint is 11.8m long by 2.2m wide. Each module is 5.9m by 2.2m externally and 2.40m high, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m.
Using a conservative per-module allowance, the building provides approximately 22.8 m² of usable internal area before partitions. Each module has an approximate usable interior of 5.7m by 2.0m. A connected open arrangement may provide more usable space, depending on the final internal layout and the partitioning required for the requested WC.
Designed as a security cabin, the building is suited to entrance points where staff monitor visitors, vehicles and deliveries. Typical settings include operational sites, car parks and distribution centres controlling access.
Windows and entrance arrangement
Module 1 has two large windows on its exposed north wall. Its south wall contains two small windows with a single glazed door positioned between them, while the exposed west end has a full-size window.
Module 2 also has two large windows on its exposed north wall. Two further large windows are positioned on the exposed south wall, and the east end has a full-size window. Together, these openings support outward visibility around the exposed sides and both ends of the run configuration.
Venge external finish and flat roof
The exposed walls are finished between the frame with vertically installed ARLINE AR14514 fine-ribbed cladding in Venge. This selected finish covers the north, south and west walls of Module 1 and the north, east and south walls of Module 2. Cladding costs are confirmed as part of the project quotation and are not itemised publicly.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified for this configuration. Final visible details and finishes are confirmed by quotation rather than guaranteed from illustrations alone.
Requested WC and internal finishes
A WC has been requested, with its position, dimensions and associated partitioning to be confirmed in the final room layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic wall panels are optional, while plaster applies outside bathroom walls when that finish is selected.
Wet-room PVC flooring is used for shower rooms; no shower room is specified in this stored configuration. Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative wall or flooring finishes depend on the final room arrangement and selections confirmed in the quotation.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £27,800 excluding VAT, or £33,360 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the destination postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate.
Final siting is subject to a site survey covering access, positioning and relevant site conditions. The confirmed room arrangement, WC details, finishes and project requirements will be recorded in the quotation following configuration through the building configurator.
