Security and site control

This configuration is designed as a practical security cabin for sites where personnel need a clear view of approaching vehicles, visitors or controlled areas. Its single-storey format is suitable for access points at car parks, distribution centres and other managed sites. Further application information is available in our security cabins section.

Two-module run layout

The building uses two steel-framed P600 modules linked in a straight run. Together, they create an external footprint of 11.8m x 2.2m and approximately 23m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.

Both modules are arranged at ground-floor level, giving the completed cabin a single-storey height. Each module is 2.40m externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. The final internal arrangement, including circulation and the position of the requested WC, is confirmed as part of the quoted layout.

Windows and entrance

Module 1 has two large windows on its exposed north wall, a single glazed door on the south wall and a full-size window in the exposed west end. Module 2 continues the glazed design with two large windows on the north wall, two large windows on the south wall and a full-size window in the exposed east end.

This combination of openings is intended to provide visibility around the long elevations and both outer ends of the run. The glazed door provides the external entrance to Module 1. Opening specifications and final construction details remain subject to the project quotation.

Black Grey external finish

The selected exterior uses included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021, with a smooth finish. This finish applies to the exposed north, south and west walls of Module 1 and the exposed north, east and south walls of Module 2.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this configuration. External finish details are confirmed by quotation, and cladding-related pricing is not itemised in public product information.

Internal finish and requested WC

White, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish outside the WC area. A WC has been requested for this design, but its final specification and position must be confirmed in the completed layout and quotation.

Where a toilet or shower room is incorporated, hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring are required within that room. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades; they are not included in this configuration unless expressly confirmed in the quotation. Estimate, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £25,800 excluding VAT, or £30,960 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final details. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.

Positioning and access are subject to a site survey. The proposed location must be assessed for vehicle access, lifting requirements, ground conditions and any project-specific constraints before delivery and siting arrangements are agreed.
