    Linked layout and usable space

This security cabin comprises two linked P600 modules arranged as a single-storey run. Each steel-framed module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, creating an overall footprint of 11.8m x 2.2m. The completed configuration is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling.

Each module has an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. Together, they provide approximately 22.8 m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. A connected open layout may provide more usable space, depending on the final internal arrangement and the position of the requested WC.

    Windows and external access

Module 1 has two large windows on its exposed north wall, a single glazed door on the south wall and a large window in the exposed west end. Module 2 has two large windows on the north wall, two further large windows on the south wall and one large window in the exposed east end. These specified openings support a security and site-control setting where staff need a clear working base close to vehicle or pedestrian access points.

    Selected external finish

All exposed outside walls use standard insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021, with a smooth finish. The included panels are arranged vertically. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia treatment.

    Requested WC and internal finishes

A WC has been requested for this configuration, with its final position, partitions and associated room arrangement to be confirmed in the completed layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic bathroom panels are optional, while plaster can be applied outside bathroom walls when selected.

Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels form the included internal wall finish. Any alternative finishes are selected in relation to the final room layout and confirmed by quotation. Wet-room PVC flooring applies to shower rooms; a shower room is not specified in this stored configuration.

    Security and site-control use

The linked format is suited to sites, car parks and distribution centres managing controlled entry and exit. Further context for this type of building is available on the security cabins page. The stored arrangement can also be reviewed through the building configurator, with final details confirmed by quotation.

    Price, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £25,800 excluding VAT, or £30,960 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the site postcode and access conditions. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.

Final siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of access, ground conditions and the practical requirements for positioning the two-module run. The quotation will confirm the final layout, selected finishes, WC arrangement and site-related requirements.
