Linked P600 layout
This configuration places two steel-framed P600 modules side by side in a straight run, creating a single-storey gatehouse with an overall footprint of 11.8m x 2.2m. The combined usable internal floor area is approximately 23 m². Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.
Both modules have an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The joined arrangement provides a longer internal plan suited to a staffed security point, access monitoring or day-to-day site control. It is configured specifically for the gatehouse use case rather than as a generic office or welfare building.
Windows and entrance
Module 1 forms the western end of the run. Its exposed north wall has two large windows, while the south wall has a single glazed door positioned with one small window on either side. The exposed west end has one full-size window.
Module 2 continues the building to the east. Its exposed north wall has two large windows, and its south wall also has two large windows. The exposed east end has one full-size window. These are the selected openings for this stored configuration; final fixture details and finishes are confirmed through the project quotation.
Anthracite external finish
All exposed walls are specified with Smooth plank cladding, reference AR16016, fitted between the frame in Antrasit (Anthracite). This applies to the north, south and west elevations of Module 1 and the north, south and east elevations of Module 2. Cladding is treated as part of the configured quotation and is not separately itemised in public pricing.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this design.
Requested internal fit-out
A WC has been requested, with its position and final arrangement to be confirmed in the completed internal layout. Any toilet or shower room requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. These requirements apply to the relevant wet-room area and should not be read as a confirmed room location or as a building-wide floor specification.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and other hygienic-panel styles are selectable alternatives or upgrades. Room-by-room flooring choices can also be selected, but no additional flooring type is claimed as included in this stored design.
Price, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £27,800 excluding VAT, or £33,360 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate.
Final siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of access, ground conditions and the works needed for the proposed location. Project details, internal arrangement and selectable finishes can be reviewed through the building configurator before the quotation is finalised.
