This P600 configuration uses two 5.9m x 2.2m modules in a straight run, creating an overall footprint of 11.8m x 2.2m. The linked, single-storey layout provides approximately 24 m² of internal floor area, giving home users or personal trainers a clearly defined space away from the main house or other premises.

It is designed for buyers who want a permanent-feeling, fitted building rather than a basic cabin. The long, narrow plan can support an organised arrangement of training zones, while the WC and shower make the building practical for regular use. Exercise equipment, storage and specialist gym fittings are not specified as part of this configuration.

Module-by-module layout

Module 1 forms the western half of the building. Its exposed north-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows. The south-facing wall has a large window, a glazed double door and a second large window, creating the main entrance and bringing daylight into the training area. The exposed 2.2m west end contains one further large window.

Module 2 continues the run to the east. Its north-facing 5.9m wall also has two large windows, while the south-facing wall has another two large windows. A single large window is fitted in the exposed 2.2m east end. Together, the openings provide daylight from both long elevations and from each end of the completed building.

A covered, ground-level timber terrace deck runs alongside the building. It provides a useful external transition area beside the glazed double entrance, whether users are arriving for a session, changing footwear or taking a break outdoors.

Exterior finish and internal facilities

The exterior is finished in smooth black cladding, giving the gym a clean, understated appearance suited to domestic gardens and small commercial training settings. A flat roof with slim fascia keeps the overall profile simple and contemporary. The two steel-framed P600 modules are supplied as one coordinated building and linked on site.

Inside, the fit-out includes a WC and shower. These facilities make the building more self-contained for personal training sessions and home workouts, without users needing to return to the main property. Their final servicing depends on suitable water, waste, drainage and electrical connections being available at the site.

Indicative price and standard specification

The indicative price is £23,300 excluding VAT, or £27,960 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are quoted separately because access, distance, base design, service connections and installation conditions vary between locations. Changes to the stated layout, openings or fit-out may also affect the final quotation.

Lead time and siting requirements

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to order details, production scheduling and site readiness. Before delivery, the site needs a suitable prepared base and clear access for transport, lifting and installation. Space must also be available to position the two modules in their full 11.8m run.

Water, drainage and other required services should be planned for the WC and shower. Ground conditions, boundaries, overhead restrictions and local access must be assessed before installation. Planning permission, Building Regulations and any other site-specific approvals should be checked for the proposed location before work proceeds.
