    A compact, wide-plan training space

    This configuration uses two 5.9m x 2.2m P600 modules positioned side by side, creating a wide 5.9m x 4.4m footprint. The completed single-storey building provides approximately 23 m² of internal floor area, giving home gym owners and personal trainers a practical space for equipment, individual sessions and small-scale studio use.

    The steel-framed modules are linked to form one building rather than two separate rooms. This wide arrangement makes effective use of the available footprint and provides a more open training environment than a narrow, end-to-end layout. The configuration is designed specifically for the Sport & Leisure sector as a compact modular gym.

    Module 1 layout

    Module 1 forms one half of the ground floor. Its exposed north-facing 5.9m wall has a balanced arrangement of one large window, a single glazed entrance door and a second large window. Both exposed 2.2m ends also have glazing, with one large window in the east wall and one large window in the west wall.

    This combination gives the building a clearly defined entrance and brings natural light into the first side of the gym from three elevations. The glazed door also maintains the open appearance of the window arrangement. No additional external doors or openings are included beyond those specified for this configuration.

    Module 2 layout

    Module 2 completes the wide-plan ground floor. Its exposed south-facing 5.9m wall contains one small window, followed by one large window and a second small window. The exposed east and west 2.2m end walls each contain one large window, providing glazing on all three external sides of this module.

    Together, the two modules provide windows around the north, south, east and west elevations. This is particularly useful for a gym, where daylight and outward views can make a compact training space feel more comfortable. The mix of large and small windows also accommodates the internal WC and shower fit-out without losing the extensively glazed external design.

    Exterior and internal fit-out

    The exterior is finished with vertical cladding in Black and a flat roof with a slim fascia. Inside, the standard fitted specification includes a WC and shower, supporting use as a self-contained home gym or personal-training studio. Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 system, with buildings delivered and installed across the UK.

    The indicative price for this two-module configuration is £21,500 excluding VAT, or £25,800 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included in that figure and are quoted separately. Alternative requirements can be reviewed using the P600 configurator, but changes may affect the final quotation.

    Lead time and siting

    A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to order details, production scheduling and site readiness. The building requires a suitable prepared and level base, together with clear access for delivery and installation. Water, drainage and other necessary service connections for the WC and shower must be assessed for the individual site. Groundworks, service connections, access constraints and lifting requirements are confirmed and priced separately following a site-specific review.
