Two-module run layout
This stored configuration uses two P600 steel-framed modules connected in a single-storey run. Together, they form an external footprint of 11.8m x 2.2m and provide approximately 22.8m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. A connected open layout may provide more usable space, depending on the final internal arrangement.
Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m and a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m. The requested kitchenette and WC will reduce the open workspace once their positions and partitions are confirmed. Windows and glazed entrance
The stored opening arrangement brings glazing to both long elevations and the two exposed ends. On Module 1, the north wall has two large windows. Its south wall has a large window, a single glazed door and a second large window, while the exposed west end has a full-size window.
Module 2 continues the glazed layout with two large windows on the north wall and two large windows on the south wall. Its exposed east end has a full-size window. These are the selected openings for this configuration; the final quotation confirms the detailed fixture and finish specification.
Anthracite external finish
All selected exposed outside walls are finished in Anthracite ARLINE AR14514 fine-ribbed cladding, applied between the frame with vertical boards. The selected walls are the north, south and west elevations of Module 1, together with the north, east and south elevations of Module 2.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia. Cladding is included within the configured quotation basis, but its price is not publicly itemised.
Requested internal arrangement
The fit-out request includes a kitchenette and WC, both subject to confirmation in the final room layout. Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Other finishes are selected to suit the agreed arrangement and are confirmed through the configuration process and final quotation.
