This P600 configuration uses one steel-framed module to create a single-storey garden room with approximately 11m² of internal floor area. Its 5.9m x 2.2m footprint makes efficient use of garden space while providing a practical room for working, hobbies, relaxation or general household use. It is designed for homeowners seeking a defined, permanent-feeling space away from the main house.
Module 1 layout
Module 1 contains the complete garden room on the ground floor. The interior follows a single layout, giving the main room a straightforward rectangular form that can be arranged around the intended use. A WC is included within the fit-out, adding convenience for longer periods of use without changing the building into a larger multi-module configuration.
Doors and windows
The south-facing 5.9m wall contains the single glazed entrance door, positioned between two large windows. The opposite north-facing 5.9m wall also has two large windows. Each 2.2m end wall has a full-size window: one on the east elevation and one on the west elevation. This gives the room windows on all four sides, with the glazed door forming part of the south elevation.
The extensive glazing is well suited to a garden setting, where views and natural light are important to how the room feels in daily use. The arrangement also gives homeowners flexibility when deciding how the building should be orientated on the plot, subject to access, boundaries and the required ground preparation.
External finish and roof

Manufacture, delivery and installation
Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P300/P400/P600 modular range, with buildings delivered and installed across the UK. A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, although the programme is confirmed for each order and can be affected by specification, site readiness and delivery arrangements.
Preparing the site
The garden must have suitable access for delivery and installation, together with a level, properly prepared base or foundation arrangement appropriate to the site. Ground conditions, drainage, boundaries, overhead restrictions and the route to the installation position should be assessed before delivery. Groundworks and other site-specific requirements are quoted separately rather than included in the indicative building price. Homeowners are also responsible for checking whether planning permission, building regulations approval or any other consent applies to their property and intended use.
