    Building format

This ten-module P600 configuration creates a two-storey modular clubhouse with an approximately 122 m² internal floor area and a 17.7m x 4.4m footprint. Five steel-framed 5.9m x 2.2m modules form each floor, linked to provide practical accommodation for sports clubs and community organisations. It is designed for the Sport & Leisure sector and sits within Adacon’s wider modular clubhouse range. Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers P600 buildings for installation across the UK.

    Ground-floor layout and openings

On module 1, the north side combines a large window, double glazed door and second large window, while the west end has a full-size window. Module 2 has two large windows on its exposed north side.

Module 3 brings natural light into three elevations, with two large windows on the north side, a full-size window at the east end and two large windows on the south side. Module 4 has two large south-facing windows and a full-size window at the west end. Module 5 completes the ground floor with a full-size east-end window and two large windows facing south.

    First-floor layout and access

Module 6 has two large windows on the north side and two small windows at the west end. Module 7 also has two large north-facing windows. Module 8 is lit from three directions, with two large windows on both the north and south sides and two small windows at the east end.

Module 9 has two large south-facing windows and two small windows at its west end. Module 10 has two small windows at the east end and two large windows on the south side. An external steel staircase runs up the outside of the building to provide access to the first floor.

    Exterior and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in smooth Dark grey cladding, giving the clubhouse a clean, restrained appearance suited to sports grounds and community sites. A dual-pitch apex roof completes the two-storey structure. The combination of large, full-size and small windows provides glazing across the principal exposed elevations, while the double glazed entrance doors create a clearly defined ground-floor access point.

The standard fitted specification includes a kitchenette, WC and shower. These facilities make the building suitable for clubhouse use where occupants need refreshment, sanitary and washing provision in one self-contained building. The internal arrangement can be reviewed using the P600 configurator.

    Price and project scope

    Lead time and siting

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to the agreed project programme and site requirements. Before delivery, the site must have suitable prepared foundations for the local ground conditions, adequate access for module delivery and lifting, and a clear plan for connecting the kitchenette, WC and shower to the required services.

Delivery and installation arrangements are assessed for each location. Access restrictions, lifting space, service routes, ground conditions and applicable planning or regulatory requirements should be established before the site programme is confirmed.
