Single-storey grid configuration

This stored P600 design uses ten linked, steel-framed modules arranged as a single-storey grid. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, giving the complete building a footprint of 23.6m x 6.6m and approximately 114 m² of usable internal floor area. Individual modules are 2.40m high externally, with a 2.16m internal ceiling height and an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.

The configuration is intended as a modular clubhouse for the Sport & Leisure sector. Its scale and perimeter glazing suit sports clubs and community organisations, while the positions of the requested facilities remain subject to confirmation in the final internal layout.

Openings around the grid

The stored design includes 22 large windows and one double glazed door across the exposed walls. Their specified distribution is:

• Module 1: two large windows and a double glazed door on the north wall, plus one large window on the west end.
• Modules 2 and 3: two large windows on each north wall.
• Module 4: two large windows on the north wall and one large window on the east end.
• Module 5: one large window on the west end. Module 6 has no exposed external wall recorded.
• Module 7: two large windows on the south wall.
• Module 8: two large windows on the south wall and one on the east end.
• Module 9: two large windows on the south wall and one on the west end.
• Module 10: two large windows on the south wall and one on the east end.

Anthracite woodgrain exterior

Exposed wall areas between the frame have embossed woodgrain cladding in Antrasit (Anthracite). The full-wall cladding selections apply to the north walls of Modules 1, 2, 3 and 4; the west walls of Modules 1 and 5; the east wall of Module 4; the south wall of Module 7; the east and south walls of Module 8; the south and west walls of Module 9; and the east and south walls of Module 10. These wall selections retain the specified windows and door openings.

A dual-pitch apex roof completes the stored external configuration. Final colours, fixtures and finish details are confirmed by quotation.

Fit-out and internal finishes

A kitchenette, WC and shower have been requested, but their positions and detailed specifications must be confirmed in the final layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling.

Plasterboard and other hygienic-panel styles are selectable upgrades or choices rather than included features of this configuration. Room-by-room flooring outside the wet areas is also selectable and is not fixed by the stored design. These choices can be reviewed through the building configurator and confirmed in the quotation.

Estimate and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £147,200 excluding VAT, or £176,640 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final fit-out. Cladding costs are incorporated at quotation stage and are not itemised publicly.

Transport is priced separately according to the site postcode and access conditions. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Siting requirements, vehicle access, ground conditions and the practical positioning of this 23.6m x 6.6m building remain subject to site survey and quotation.
