A compact, well-lit training space
This configuration uses one P600 steel-framed module in a single-storey run layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, providing approximately 12 m² of internal floor area for training and support facilities. It is a practical option for home gym owners who want a dedicated space outside the main house, as well as personal trainers establishing a small private studio.
Six large windows bring daylight into the gym from every elevation. This makes the compact floor area feel open and gives users views out on all four sides. Module 1 layout
Module 1 forms the complete ground-floor building. The north-facing 5.9m wall contains two large windows. The east-facing 2.2m end has one large window, while the west-facing 2.2m end has a matching large window.

The south-facing long wall is the main entrance elevation. Its glazed double doors are positioned between two large windows, creating a strongly glazed frontage suitable for a garden gym or small personal-training studio.
External finish and internal fit-out
The module is finished with vertical cladding in Black. Above it, the flat roof has a slim fascia for a simple, low-profile appearance. The proportions and restrained finish allow the building to sit comfortably in residential grounds or at a small commercial training site without unnecessary architectural detailing.
Inside, the P600 is supplied to a full fit-out standard rather than as an empty structural shell. This configuration includes a WC and shower, giving users essential changing and washing facilities within the same compact building. The remaining internal area can be arranged around the buyer’s chosen training equipment, subject to its dimensions and safe operating clearances.
Price and typical lead time
The indicative price is £10,750 ex VAT, or £12,900 inc VAT, for the standard fitted specification. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included in that figure and are quoted separately. A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. Timing depends on specification sign-off, production scheduling and the site being ready for delivery and installation. Any required groundworks and service preparation should be coordinated so they are complete before the agreed installation date.
Siting requirements
The building requires a suitable, level base designed for the site conditions, together with clear access for delivery and installation. Water and drainage connections will be needed for the WC and shower, with routes agreed before installation. Buyers should also establish any planning requirements that apply to their property or business premises. Groundworks, utility connections, access constraints and other site-specific items are assessed and priced separately from the indicative building price.
