Four-module configuration
This stored design uses four P600 steel-framed modules arranged side by side on one storey. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, creating an overall external footprint of 5.9m x 8.8m. The configuration provides approximately 45.6 m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more space.
Each module is 2.40m high externally, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of each individual module is 5.7m x 2.0m. The wide arrangement is intended for a practical gym layout, while the final position of internal connections, partitions, equipment and service areas is confirmed during quotation. This configuration is designed for the Sport & Leisure sector and can be viewed alongside other modular gyms.
Windows and glazed access
Module 1 forms the north side of the building. Its exposed 5.9m north wall has a large window, a single glazed door and a second large window. Its east and west 2.2m ends each have a full-size window.
Modules 2 and 3 each have a full-size window in both their east and west ends. Module 4 forms the south side and also has full-size windows in its east and west ends. Its exposed 5.9m south wall has a small window, a large window and a second small window. These openings are specific to this stored P600 configuration.
Anthracite slatted exterior
The selected exposed walls are finished with Anthracite ARLINE 24136 slatted cladding, using vertical boards applied between the frame. The clad walls comprise the north wall of Module 1, the south wall of Module 4, and the east and west ends of all four modules. Cladding is priced as part of the final quotation and is not itemised publicly.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified in this design.
Requested WC and shower
A WC and shower have been requested, with their positions and the resulting partitions to be confirmed in the final room layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. The shower room uses wet-room PVC flooring.
Outside the bathroom, plaster applies where that finish is selected. Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included wall finish, with any alternative wall or floor finishes chosen to suit the confirmed room arrangement. Illustrated fixtures and finishes should be treated as indicative until the quotation records the final specification.
Estimate and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £54,000 excluding VAT, or £64,800 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Siting remains subject to a site survey, including access, levels, ground conditions and the requirements of the selected location. Final dimensions, fit-out details, finishes, logistics and costs are confirmed in the project quotation.
