Wide single-storey configuration

This P600 holiday lodge uses three steel-framed modules arranged as a single-storey, wide-format building. The external footprint is 5.9m x 6.6m, with approximately 34.2 m2 of usable internal area before partitions. This is based on a conservative per-module allowance; a connected open layout may provide more usable space, depending on the final room arrangement.

Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and has an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. External module height is 2.40m, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The three-module width provides scope to organise sleeping, living and washing areas across a broader plan than a single linear unit.

Windows, entrance and external finish

Module 1 forms the north side of the layout. Its north elevation has a large window, a pair of glazed doors and a second large window. Full-size windows are positioned in both exposed end walls. The central Module 2 has a full-size window in each exposed end wall, helping bring daylight into the middle section of the lodge.

Module 3 forms the south side. Its south elevation has a small window, a large window and a second small window, while each exposed end wall has a full-size window. Final opening details and their relationship to the internal rooms are confirmed as part of the quoted layout.

All selected exposed external walls use ARLINE 24136 slatted cladding in Teak, applied vertically between the visible frame. This finish covers the north, east and west walls of Module 1; the east and west walls of Module 2; and the east, south and west walls of Module 3. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia.

Requested internal fit-out

The requested fit-out includes a kitchenette, WC and shower, with their exact positions to be confirmed in the final layout. Insulated sandwich panels are the included wall finish outside the specified bathroom construction, while other finishes are selected to suit the agreed room arrangement.

Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an option. The shower room uses wet-room PVC flooring. Where plaster is selected, it applies to wall faces outside the bathroom. Fixtures, finishes and room details shown in supporting imagery remain subject to the final quotation rather than being guaranteed inclusions.

This configuration is intended for the holiday lodge use case within the holiday parks and accommodation sector. The indicative configured estimate is £40,700 ex VAT (£48,840 inc VAT), subject to quotation and final specification. Configuration details can be reviewed through the building configurator.

Transport and siting

Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting is subject to survey, including access conditions and the requirements of the chosen plot. The final quotation confirms the building specification, internal arrangement, finishes and associated site considerations.
