Wide, single-storey module layout

This P600 configuration places two 5.9m x 2.2m steel-framed modules together on one storey, creating an external footprint of 5.9m x 4.4m. The layout provides approximately 22.8m2 of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. A connected open layout may provide more usable space, depending on the final partition arrangement.

Each module has an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. Its external height is 2.40m, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The proportions create a broad lodge format suited to guest accommodation within holiday parks, glamping sites and short-let locations. Windows and entrance arrangement

Module 1 forms the northern half of the lodge. Its exposed 5.9m north wall has a large window, a glazed double door and a second large window. Both exposed 2.2m ends contain a full-size window: one in the east wall and one in the west wall.

Module 2 forms the southern half. Its exposed 5.9m south wall contains two large windows. Its east and west end walls each contain a full-size window. The adjoining sides of the two modules form the connection within the wide layout rather than exposed external elevations.

Black Grey exterior and apex roof

The exterior uses the included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021. Smooth standard insulated panels are selected for Module 1’s north, east and west walls and Module 2’s east, south and west walls. These are the six exposed wall runs in this configuration. The building is finished with a dual-pitch apex roof.

Final colours, finishes, openings and illustrated details remain subject to the accepted quotation. Cladding costs are quote-only and are not itemised in public pricing.

Requested kitchenette and washroom fit-out

The requested internal fit-out includes a kitchenette, WC and shower. Their exact positions, partition lines and associated fixtures must be confirmed when the final room layout is agreed. The stored configuration therefore identifies these facilities as requested rather than fixing an unquoted internal arrangement.

Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an option. Shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring. Where selected, plaster applies outside the bathroom walls. Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish; any alternative finishes are selected to suit the confirmed room layout. Layout and finish choices can be recorded through the building configurator before quotation.

Price, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £30,000 excluding VAT, or £36,000 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final specification. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.

Final positioning and site suitability are subject to survey. Access, levels, ground conditions and the works required at the destination must be assessed for the individual site before the building specification and associated site costs are confirmed.
