Configuration overview
This stored design combines two steel-framed P600 modules in a linked, single-storey run. Together, they create an overall footprint of 11.8m x 2.2m and approximately 23m² of usable internal floor area. The arrangement is intended as a compact holiday lodge for holiday parks, glamping sites and short-let accommodation.
Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high externally. Its approximate usable interior is 5.7m x 2.0m, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The two modules are arranged end to end rather than stacked, producing a long, narrow plan suited to dividing into living, washing and sleeping areas once the final internal layout has been agreed.
Windows and external access
Module 1 has two large windows on its exposed north side. Its south side contains a large window, a glazed double door and a further large window, while the exposed west end has one full-size window.
Module 2 also has two large windows on its exposed north side. Its south side contains two large windows, and the exposed east end has one full-size window. These openings are specific to this stored configuration and provide glazing along both long elevations as well as at each exposed end of the completed run.
External finish and roof
The exterior uses included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021. The selected exposed north, south, east and west walls use standard insulated panels with a smooth finish. Cladding pricing is confirmed by quotation and is not itemised publicly.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this configuration, keeping the roof edge consistent with the underlying modular structure and the simple Black Grey exterior.
Requested internal fit-out
The requested fit-out comprises a kitchenette, WC and shower, with their positions and final arrangement still to be confirmed in the completed layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels together with wet-room PVC flooring. Final room divisions, fittings, fixtures and finishes are confirmed by quotation rather than guaranteed from illustrations.
Outside the toilet and shower areas, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and other hygienic-panel styles remain selectable upgrades or choices. Room-by-room flooring selections are also subject to the final specification and should not be treated as included unless they appear in the quotation. The stored arrangement can be reviewed through the building configurator before those details are finalised.
Price, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £25,800 excluding VAT, or £30,960 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Suitable access, levels, foundations or supports, service connections and positioning must be assessed for the intended site. Siting is therefore subject to survey and confirmation of project-specific requirements. The final quotation establishes the supplied specification, transport charge and any agreed options for this exact two-module holiday lodge.
