Wide two-module configuration
This holiday lodge uses two steel-framed P600 modules linked side by side in a single-storey, wide layout. The external footprint is 5.9m x 4.4m. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m.
The combined configuration provides approximately 22.8m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. A connected open layout may provide more usable space, but the final room arrangement and partition positions will determine the completed internal area.
Windows and entrance
Module 1 has a large window, glazed double door and second large window along its exposed north wall. Its east and west ends each have a full-size window. Module 2 has a small window, large window and second small window along its exposed south wall, with a full-size window at both the east and west ends.
This arrangement gives the lodge openings across both long elevations and at each exposed module end. The precise internal relationship between the entrance, windows, bathroom and remaining accommodation space is confirmed through the final layout.
Teak external finish and apex roof
The selected exposed outside walls are finished with vertically fitted ARLINE AR14514 fine-ribbed applied cladding in Teak, positioned between the frame. This finish is specified for Module 1’s north, east and west walls and Module 2’s east, south and west walls. The two-module lodge is completed with a dual-pitch apex roof.
Requested WC and shower fit-out
A WC and shower are requested, subject to confirmation in the final room layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. The shower room uses wet-room PVC flooring.
Where selected, plaster can be applied to the outside faces of the bathroom walls. Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative finishes and their extent are selected to suit the agreed room arrangement and confirmed by quotation. Illustrated fixtures, finishes and room dressing should not be treated as guaranteed inclusions.
Holiday accommodation applications
Designed for the Holiday Parks & Accommodation sector, this configuration provides a compact basis for guest accommodation at holiday parks, glamping sites and short-let locations. Further information about this application is available on the holiday lodges page. Layout selections can be reviewed through the configuration tool, with final details confirmed in the project quotation.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £31,600 excluding VAT, or £37,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the site postcode and access conditions. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Access, positioning and site conditions must be reviewed before the final arrangements are agreed. Siting is subject to survey, including confirmation that the location and access route are suitable for the two-module configuration and the equipment required at the site.
