Single-module run layout

This configuration uses one P600 module arranged as a single-storey run. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external module height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior dimensions are 5.7m x 2.0m, providing around 11.4m² of usable internal area before partitions. This is a conservative per-module allowance; although connected open layouts may provide more space, this stored design comprises one standalone module.

The requested internal fit-out includes a WC and shower, with the final positions and room arrangement to be confirmed during quotation. Partitions and sanitary areas will reduce the open usable internal area. As a compact modular shower block, the configuration is suited to construction-sector welfare provision as well as washing facilities for campsites and sports clubs.

Windows and access

The north-facing 5.9m wall has a high-level, top-only window. The east 2.2m end wall and west 2.2m end wall each have a further high-level, top-only window. These elevated openings are selected for the stored configuration and support privacy within the proposed shower and WC layout.

The south-facing 5.9m wall contains the main access arrangement: a glazed double door positioned with a small window on each side. The final internal partition plan will be coordinated with these stored external openings and the requested sanitary fit-out.

Grey grooved external finish

All four exposed external walls are selected with full-wall ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding in Grey. The vertical boards are applied between the steel frame, giving each elevation a consistent finish around the specified windows and glazed doors. Cladding costs are confirmed as part of the project quotation rather than itemised in public pricing.

The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this configuration. The straightforward single-storey form keeps the external dimensions compact for sites where available space needs to be used carefully.

Bathroom wall and floor finishes

Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic wall panels are available as an optional selection where required. The shower room uses wet-room PVC flooring, providing the specified floor finish for the wet area.

Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Other finishes are selected in response to the final room layout, and plaster can be applied outside the bathroom walls when chosen. Illustrated fixtures, finishes and room details remain subject to confirmation in the final quotation.

Price and site considerations

The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. This estimate relates to the stored one-module configuration and should not be treated as a final project price. The precise WC, shower, partition and finish schedule will be confirmed when the layout is finalised through the configuration process.

Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting is subject to survey, including consideration of access, available working space, ground conditions and the requirements of the selected location.
