Compact single-module layout
This configuration uses one P600 module arranged over a single storey. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external module height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. Before internal partitions are added, the module provides approximately 11.4 m2 of usable internal area, based on a conservative allowance. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m.
The stored design is intended as a modular shower block for the construction sector, with potential applications at construction sites, campsites and sports clubs. It uses a single-module layout rather than a linked or stacked arrangement, keeping the building compact where available site space is limited.
Openings and external treatment
The north wall, on one 5.9m side, has a high-level top-only window. The east 2.2m end and west 2.2m end each have a high-level top-only window. The south 5.9m wall contains a single glazed door positioned with a small window on either side. These openings form part of this specific stored configuration and support privacy while allowing daylight into the building.
All four exposed outside walls are finished with full-wall ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding. The vertical boards are selected in Anthracite and sit between the steel frame. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia treatment.
Requested shower and WC fit-out
A WC and shower have been requested for the internal fit-out, with their final positions and partition arrangement to be confirmed in the completed room layout and quotation. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic wall panels are available as an optional selection, while plaster can be applied outside bathroom walls when that finish is selected.
The shower room uses wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere in the module, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any other wall treatments, room finishes or flooring selections depend on the final layout and quotation. Illustrated fixtures and finishes should therefore be treated as representative until the specification has been confirmed.
Price and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate for this one-module building is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT. This estimate is subject to quotation and confirmation of the requested WC, shower, partitions, finishes and site requirements. External cladding is priced as part of the quotation and is not separately itemised in public pricing.
