Compact single-module configuration
This modular shower block uses one P600 steel-framed module arranged over a single storey. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate internal usable floor area of 11 m². The usable interior measures approximately 5.7m x 2.0m, providing a compact format for construction sites, campsites and sports clubs where dedicated WC and shower facilities are required.
The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. This stored configuration is based on one module and one layout, rather than a multi-module or stacked arrangement. Further information about this type of building is available on the modular shower blocks page.
Doors and windows
The north-facing 5.9m wall has one high-level, top-only window. The east-facing 2.2m end and west-facing 2.2m end each have a high-level, top-only window. The south-facing 5.9m wall contains a small window, a glazed double door and a second small window. These openings form part of this specific stored design and should be reviewed alongside the final internal arrangement.
External finish and roof
All four outside walls use standard insulated sandwich panels in Pure White, RAL 9010. The selected panels have a smooth finish and are installed vertically across the north, east, south and west elevations. The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected for this configuration.
Requested washroom fit-out
A WC and shower are requested for the fit-out, with their exact positioning and room arrangement to be confirmed in the final layout. Toilet and shower areas require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring to provide suitable internal surfaces for these spaces. The final quotation will confirm the agreed fixtures, room divisions, finishes and associated fit-out details rather than relying on illustrated examples.
Internal wall and floor choices
Away from the toilet and shower areas, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable choices or upgrades and are not included in this stored specification. No room-by-room flooring selection has been confirmed outside the required wet-room PVC flooring for the toilet and shower areas.

Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final layout and fit-out. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
