Configuration and scale
This modular shower block uses one P600 steel-framed module in a single-storey run layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, providing approximately 11m² of usable internal floor area. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m.
The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. This compact format is intended to provide a dedicated WC and shower facility without introducing additional linked or stacked modules.
Selected exterior
All four exposed walls are finished with Smooth plank cladding in Gri (Grey), reference AR16016. The cladding is applied between the visible structural frame across the north and south 5.9m sides and the east and west 2.2m ends, giving the complete module a consistent selected finish.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified in this stored configuration. Final fixture, colour and finish details remain subject to confirmation in the quotation.
Doors and windows
The north wall has one top-only high-level window. Matching top-only high-level windows are specified on the east and west end walls. The south wall provides the principal access and has a single glazed door positioned between two small windows.

This opening arrangement provides controlled daylight from each elevation while retaining the selected access arrangement on the long south side.
Requested internal fit-out
The requested fit-out comprises a WC and shower, with their final positions and room arrangement to be confirmed in the completed layout and quotation. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels together with wet-room PVC flooring, reflecting the needs of these wet-use spaces.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is formed from white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard and other hygienic-panel styles are selectable upgrades or choices rather than included features of this configuration. Room-by-room flooring selections must also be confirmed, and no unlisted flooring finish is assumed.

This configuration is designed as a modular shower block for the construction sector. Its single-module scale may also suit campsites and sports clubs where a compact, self-contained shower and toilet provision is required.
