Single-Module Shower Block with WC

A compact, fitted facility

This configuration uses one P600 steel-framed module to create a practical modular shower block for the Construction sector. It provides approximately 12m² of internal floor area within a 5.9m x 2.2m footprint. The single-storey format is suited to locations where a self-contained WC and shower facility is required without the scale or complexity of a multi-module building. Typical buyers include construction sites, campsites and sports clubs.

Single-module layout

The building comprises one ground-floor module in a single layout. There are no upper-floor modules, stairs or linked sections, keeping the footprint straightforward for constrained sites. The internal fit-out includes a WC and shower. Their final service connections and any site-dependent details must be confirmed against the intended location and available utilities.

The principal entrance is on the south-facing 5.9m wall, which has a glazed double door positioned between two small windows. This arrangement gives the entrance elevation additional natural light while retaining the compact proportions of the module. The north-facing 5.9m wall has two top-only high-level windows. Each 2.2m end wall also has one top-only high-level window, giving four high-level windows across the north, east and west elevations.

Exterior finish

The exterior is finished in horizontal Anthracite cladding. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the profile clean and low, making the unit suitable for established premises as well as temporary or developing construction sites. The specified mix of smaller windows, high-level glazing and a glazed entrance reflects the functional shower block layout.

Fit-out and indicative price

The standard fitted specification for this configuration has an indicative price of £10,750 excluding VAT, or £12,900 including VAT. This price covers the single P600 module in the configuration described, including its specified external finish, doors, windows, WC and shower fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately once the site requirements are known.

Any changes to the layout, openings, finish or fit-out may affect the final quotation. The standard arrangement can be reviewed using the P600 configurator, but the price stated here applies specifically to the one-module shower block described on this page.

Lead time and site preparation

Typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to specification confirmation, production scheduling and site readiness. A confirmed programme should allow for delivery planning and any separate groundworks or utility works.

The module requires a suitable level, prepared base and clear delivery access for the transport and installation operation. The site must be assessed for vehicle access, lifting requirements, working space and safe positioning. Water, drainage and electrical requirements should also be established before installation. Foundations, utility connections and other location-specific works fall outside the indicative module price and will be assessed and quoted separately.
