Single-module configuration
This stored design uses one P600 module in a wide, single-storey layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external module height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, providing approximately 11.4m² of usable internal area before partitions. This is a conservative per-module allowance; the design shown is a single module rather than a connected open layout.

External finish and roof
All four exposed walls are specified with Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding between the steel frame. The boards run vertically on the north, east, south and west elevations, with the selected cladding applied around the configured openings. Cladding costs are subject to quotation and are not itemised separately in public pricing.
The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this stored configuration. Final colours, finishes and fixture details are confirmed through the project quotation.
Doors and windows
The north 5.9m elevation has a high-level, top-only window. The east 2.2m end and west 2.2m end each have the same high-level, top-only window format. The south 5.9m elevation contains a single glazed door positioned between two small windows. These openings form part of the saved exterior arrangement and should be considered when planning access, privacy and the module’s orientation on site.
Requested WC and shower fit-out
The requested internal fit-out comprises a WC and shower, with the precise partition arrangement and fixture details to be confirmed in the final layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic panels are available as an optional selection, while shower-room floors use wet-room PVC flooring.
Outside the bathroom walls, plaster can be selected where required. Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative finishes depend on the final room arrangement and quotation rather than being assumed from illustrations. The stored specification and room requirements can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Price and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final fit-out. Transport is priced separately according to the destination postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
