Compact single-module layout
This configuration uses one P600 steel-framed module arranged over a single storey. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, providing approximately 11m² of usable internal floor area. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, while the module is approximately 2.40m high externally with a 2.16m internal ceiling. As a standalone unit, it provides a focused layout for a requested WC and shower without linked or stacked modules.
Designed as a modular shower block for the construction sector, this configuration can also suit campsites and sports clubs. The final positioning of the WC, shower, partitions and associated room arrangement remains subject to confirmation through the final layout and quotation.
Windows and entrance
The north-facing 5.9m wall has a top-only high-level window. The opposite south-facing 5.9m wall is configured with a single glazed door and a small window on either side. Both 2.2m end walls, east and west, each have a top-only high-level window. These are the selected openings for this stored configuration; their final detailing is confirmed as part of the quoted specification.
Black Grey external finish
All four outside walls use vertical insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021, with a smooth finish. This selection applies to the north, east, south and west walls of the module. The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia, with no additional fascia selected. External finish details and associated costs are confirmed by quotation rather than itemised separately in public pricing.
Requested washroom fit-out
The requested internal fit-out comprises a WC and shower, subject to confirmation in the final plan. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels together with wet-room PVC flooring. The exact hygienic panel selection, sanitary arrangement and room-specific floor treatment must therefore be agreed in the quotation. No alternative hygienic-panel style or additional room-by-room flooring specification is assumed.
Outside the toilet and shower areas, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic wall-panel styles and other selectable flooring treatments are choices or upgrades rather than included features of this configuration. Illustrated fixtures, finishes and accessories remain subject to the final quotation.
Configured estimate and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate and are not included in the configured estimate.
Final siting is subject to a site survey and confirmation of access, levels, ground conditions and any project-specific requirements. These factors may affect transport, offloading and preparatory works.
