Compact single-module layout

This configuration uses one P600 steel-framed module arranged as a single-storey, wide-layout modular shower block. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with approx. 11.40 m² usable internal area before partitions. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, while the module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling.

Openings and natural light

The stored arrangement has a high-level, top-only window in the north 5.9m wall. Matching top-only windows are positioned in the east and west 2.2m end walls. The south 5.9m wall contains a glazed double door with a small window positioned on either side.

These openings form part of this specific configuration and should be considered alongside the final internal plan. The positions of the requested WC and shower areas must be confirmed before quotation so that the room arrangement and associated service requirements can be reviewed.

Grey external finish and flat roof

All four exposed walls are finished between the frame with Grey ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding. The boards run vertically across the full north, east, south and west walls, creating a consistent external treatment around the single module.

The building has a flat roof and an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. There is no additional fascia in this design. External cladding costs are confirmed as part of the overall quotation rather than itemised in public pricing.

Requested WC and shower fit-out

The requested fit-out comprises a WC and shower, subject to confirmation in the final internal layout and quotation. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels together with wet-room PVC flooring. The final positions, room divisions, sanitary details and service connections are not fixed by this brief and must be agreed for the specific site.

Outside the toilet and shower areas, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panel. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades, but they are not included specifications for this stored configuration unless added to the final quotation.

Price and site considerations

The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT. This estimate is subject to quotation and confirmation of the final layout, fit-out details and site requirements.
