Compact single-module gym layout

This configuration uses one P600 module in a single-storey run layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, providing approximately 11 m² of usable internal floor area. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m. The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling, creating a clearly defined space for a home gym or small personal-training studio.

As a standalone module, the design keeps the training area within one compact rectangular plan rather than linking multiple units. A covered, ground-level timber terrace deck runs alongside the building, providing an external area adjacent to the gym. The precise relationship between the deck, access and site surroundings remains subject to the final layout and site requirements.

Windows and access

The north-facing 5.9m wall contains two large windows. The south-facing 5.9m wall includes two large windows with a single glazed door positioned between the selected openings. Each 2.2m end wall also has one large window. These openings are specific to this stored configuration and should be considered when planning equipment positions, internal circulation and privacy treatments.

This building is intended for the Sport & Leisure sector as a modular gym. Its compact dimensions suit private home training and smaller personal-training operations where a separate exercise room is preferred without moving to a multi-module design.

Anthracite external finish

All four outside walls are selected with full-wall ARLINE AR14514 fine-ribbed cladding in Anthracite. The boards are arranged vertically and applied to the exposed walls between the steel frame. This finish is specified for the north, east, south and west elevations. Cladding costs are confirmed within the project quotation and are not itemised separately in public pricing.

The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected. Final junctions and site-specific details are confirmed as part of the quoted design.

Requested WC and shower fit-out

A WC and shower have been requested, with their inclusion and positions to be confirmed in the final internal layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. The available internal area is compact, so the room arrangement must account for the sanitary facilities, access, circulation and the intended gym equipment before the layout is finalised.

Outside the toilet and shower areas, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades rather than included features of this stored design. Colours, finishes, fixtures and the final fit-out are confirmed by quotation.

Estimate and site considerations

The indicative configured estimate is £16,260 excluding VAT, or £19,512 including VAT, subject to quotation. This figure relates to the stated single-module configuration and selected design details. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.

Siting is subject to survey and confirmation of access, ground conditions and the proposed position. The terrace, module, openings and requested internal facilities must be coordinated with the site before the specification is finalised. Any revisions made through the building configurator may alter the quoted price and final arrangement.
