Compact café configuration
This P600 modular café uses one steel-framed module arranged over a single storey. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. Windows and entrance
The north-facing 5.9m wall contains two large windows. A full-size window is positioned in each 2.2m end wall, covering the east and west elevations. The south-facing 5.9m wall has a double-leaf glazed door. Together, these specified openings form the stored arrangement for this configuration; changes would require an updated design and quotation.
Teak external finish
All exposed wall areas are selected with ARLINE AR14514 fine-ribbed cladding in Teak, applied between the steel frame. The north, east, south and west walls use the same full-wall cladding selection, with the boards arranged vertically around the specified openings. This creates a consistent finish across every elevation without introducing a separate cladding treatment.
The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected. Final colours, interfaces and detailed finish arrangements are confirmed by quotation.
Requested internal fit-out
The stored request includes a kitchenette and WC, both subject to confirmation in the final room layout. No specific kitchenette appliances, sanitary fittings or furniture are defined in this configuration. Their exact selection and positioning should therefore be recorded in the final quotation rather than assumed from illustrations.
Insulated sandwich panels are the included wall finish outside the bathroom or WC enclosure unless another finish is selected for the final room arrangement. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an option. Plaster can be applied outside bathroom walls when selected. Wet-room PVC flooring applies to shower rooms; a shower room is not specified in this stored café request. Other finishes remain subject to the confirmed room layout.
