Plan and proportions
This configuration uses one steel-framed P600 module arranged over a single storey. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m and a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, providing approximately 11.4m² of usable internal area before partitions. This is a conservative per-module allowance for planning the requested kitchenette and WC.
With one module, the design forms a compact, self-contained café rather than a linked or stacked arrangement. The single layout is intended to balance customer-facing openings, internal service space and access to the adjoining terrace.
Customer-facing openings
The north-facing 5.9m wall has a sliding drive-through serving window for counter service. A full-size window is positioned in each 2.2m end wall, to the east and west. The south-facing 5.9m wall incorporates a glazed double door, providing the principal connection between the café and its outside space.
A covered, ground-level timber terrace deck runs alongside the building, creating an adjacent area for customer use and sheltered circulation.
External finish and roof
Every exposed wall is specified with ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding in Venge, applied between the steel frame. The boards run vertically across the full north, east, south and west walls, with the selected openings set within those elevations. Cladding is priced as part of the final quotation and is not itemised publicly.
Above the module is a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this stored configuration, maintaining the defined roof edge and overall 2.40m external module height.
Requested internal fit-out
The requested fit-out comprises a kitchenette and WC, both subject to confirmation in the final room layout. Their precise positions, partitions, fixtures and selected finishes will be established through the quotation and configuration process rather than assumed from illustrated furniture or accessories.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an option. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside bathroom walls. Wet-room PVC flooring is used in shower rooms; however, a shower is not specified in this configuration. Other wall and floor finishes depend on the final room layout and selections.
Designed for café operation
This P600 is configured as a modular café for the Retail & Hospitality sector. Its sliding serving window supports direct customer service, while the glazed double door, two full-size windows and covered terrace help create an accessible, outward-facing setting for coffee operators, park facilities and visitor attractions.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £16,260 excluding VAT, or £19,512 including VAT, subject to quotation. Final details and selections are confirmed through the project quotation and the configuration process.
Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting remains subject to survey, including confirmation of access, ground conditions, positioning and any project-specific requirements affecting transport or placement.
