Compact single-module café layout
This P600 configuration uses one steel-framed module arranged over a single storey. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m and around 11 m² of internal floor area. The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling.
The stored design is intended as a compact modular café for the Retail & Hospitality sector. Its proportions suit coffee operators requiring a focused service space, as well as parks and visitor attractions looking to add a small café facility without extending this configuration beyond one module.
Windows and customer entrance
The north-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows. A further large window is positioned in the east-facing 2.2m end wall, while the west-facing 2.2m end wall also has one large window. The south-facing 5.9m wall contains a single glazed door.
These openings form the stored external arrangement for this P600 café. The final internal positioning of counters, equipment and fitted items must be coordinated with the confirmed layout so that circulation, servicing and the requested facilities work within the available floor area.
Teak-toned external finish
All four exposed outside walls are specified with full-wall Smooth plank cladding in Tik (Teak), reference AR16016. The cladding is applied between the visible structural frame, giving the north, east, south and west elevations a consistent finish.
The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected. Cladding and other final construction details remain subject to quotation and confirmation; cladding costs are not separately itemised in public pricing.
Requested kitchenette and WC
A kitchenette and WC have been requested for this configuration, with their precise positions and specifications to be confirmed in the final layout. The compact interior means the relationship between these facilities, the glazed entrance, windows and operational café area needs to be resolved before quotation is finalised.
The standard included wall finish outside the WC area is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Toilet or shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Alternative hygienic-panel styles, plasterboard finishes and room-by-room flooring selections are choices or upgrades rather than included features unless they are expressly specified in the final quotation. Illustrated fixtures, finishes and equipment should therefore be treated as indicative until confirmed.
Configuration, pricing and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. This estimate relates to the stored single-module café configuration, but final details and selected fit-out items must be confirmed through the configuration process.
Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of access, ground conditions, positioning requirements and any works needed before the module arrives.
