Single-Module P600 Gym with WC and Shower

A compact space for training

This exact configuration uses one steel-framed P600 module to create a single-storey modular gym for the Sport & Leisure sector. Its compact format is intended for home gym owners and small personal-training studios that need a separate, purpose-planned training environment.

The module has an external footprint of 5.9m x 2.2m and provides approximately 11 m² of internal usable floor area. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m. External module height is 2.40m, with a 2.16m internal ceiling height.

Single-module layout

The stored design comprises one P600 module at ground-floor level, with no upper storey or linked additional module. The internal arrangement is based on the requested gym use, WC and shower, although the final positions and room layout for these facilities must be confirmed during quotation.

Windows and access

The north-facing 5.9m wall contains two large windows. At the opposite side, the south-facing 5.9m wall has a single glazed door positioned with one large window on either side. Both 2.2m end walls have a full-size window: one in the east wall and one in the west wall. These are the openings recorded for this specific configuration.

External finish and terrace

All four exposed external walls receive full-wall Narrow groove cladding, reference AR14514, fitted between the frame. The selected colour is Antrasit (Anthracite). The building has a flat roof finished with the approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia; no additional fascia is specified.

A covered, ground-level timber terrace deck runs alongside the building. Its relationship to the final site, surrounding levels and access requirements remains subject to the confirmed layout and site conditions.

Requested internal fit-out

The requested fit-out includes a WC and shower, subject to confirmation in the final layout and quotation. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels together with wet-room PVC flooring. Any sanitary fittings, fixtures or finishes shown in supporting imagery should not be treated as guaranteed unless they are expressly confirmed in the quotation.

Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable upgrades or choices rather than included features of this stored design. Room-by-room flooring selections also require confirmation and should not be assumed from illustrations. The specification recorded through the building configurator is finalised at quotation stage.

Estimate, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £16,260 excluding VAT, or £19,512 including VAT, subject to quotation. External cladding is part of the selected configuration, but its pricing is not separately itemised in public product information.

Transport is priced according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Final siting is subject to survey, including access, ground conditions, level requirements and the practical positioning of the module and covered terrace.
