Compact single-module gym layout
This configuration uses one P600 steel-framed module arranged over a single storey. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m and a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, providing around 11.4m² of usable internal area before partitions. Adding the requested WC and shower partitions will reduce the open training area.

The single-module format keeps the accommodation on one level while the specified windows and glazed entrance create an open visual connection with the surrounding site.
Windows and glazed entrance
Openings are specified on all four exposed walls. The north-facing 5.9m side has a large window positioned between two small windows. The south-facing 5.9m side has a glazed double door between two large windows. Each 2.2m end wall has a full-size window.

Venge fine-ribbed exterior
All four exposed walls are selected with vertically arranged ARLINE AR14514 fine-ribbed cladding in Venge, applied between the steel frame. This consistent treatment covers the north, east, south and west walls. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia; no additional fascia is included in this stored configuration. Final details and finishes are confirmed by quotation.
Requested WC and shower fit-out
A WC and shower have been requested, but their arrangement must be confirmed as part of the final room layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an optional selection. Shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring. The exact position and extent of these areas will determine how much of the 11.4m² usable internal area remains open.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. A plaster finish can be selected outside bathroom walls, while other wall and floor finishes are chosen to suit the confirmed room layout. Illustrated fixtures and finishes should be treated as indicative until they are recorded in the final quotation and specification.
Quotation and site considerations
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 ex VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. Cladding costs are incorporated into the configured estimate and are not separately itemised in public pricing.
Transport is priced according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of access and the conditions affecting placement. These factors are assessed for the intended location before the order details are finalised.
