This P600 configuration uses one steel-framed module in a single-storey arrangement. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external module height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of approximately 2.16m. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, providing around 11.4m2 of usable internal area before partitions. The proposed WC and shower will reduce the remaining open training area once their final positions and dimensions are agreed.

Windows, door and external finish
The north-facing 5.9m wall contains two large windows. The opposite south-facing wall contains two large windows and one single glazed door. Each 2.2m end wall, east and west, contains one large window. This stored arrangement gives the gym multiple glazed openings while retaining a single external entrance.
All four outside walls use standard insulated sandwich panels with a smooth Light Grey finish in RAL 7035. The included panels are installed vertically. Above them, the flat roof is edged by the steel frame’s approximately 120mm fascia, with no additional fascia selected. Final visible details, including finishes and fixtures represented in supporting imagery, are confirmed through the project quotation.
Proposed WC and shower fit-out
A WC and shower have been requested for this configuration, but their precise arrangement remains to be confirmed in the final layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic wall panels are available as an optional selection, while wet-room PVC flooring is used within shower rooms. Where selected, plaster applies to the outside faces of bathroom walls.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Alternative wall and floor finishes depend on the final room plan and selected specification; no unconfirmed decorative treatment or precise general flooring finish is included in this description. The stored arrangement can be reviewed through the P600 configuration before the quotation establishes the final fit-out.
Price, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate from this estimate.
