Glazing and access

Teak slatted external finish

Requested WC and internal finishes
A WC has been requested for this café, with its position and partitioning to be confirmed in the final room layout. As partitions reduce the open internal space, the stated approximate 11.4m² usable internal area applies before the WC and any associated divisions are formed.
Insulated sandwich panels are the included wall finish elsewhere in the module. Subject to confirmation of the final WC layout, bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an option. Plaster can be applied outside bathroom walls when selected. Wet-room PVC flooring is used for shower rooms, but no shower room is specified in this stored configuration. Any other finishes are selected against the final room arrangement rather than assumed from illustrations.
