Compact single-module layout
This stored P600 configuration uses one steel-framed module arranged over a single storey, with no linked or stacked modules in the design. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, while the module is 2.40m high externally with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m.
The configuration provides approximately 11.4m² usable internal area before partitions, based on the conservative per-module allowance. The final division of space will depend on the confirmed position and dimensions of the requested WC. It is designed as a compact modular café for coffee operators, parks, visitor attractions and other Retail & Hospitality settings.
Serving access, glazing and entrance
The exposed north wall, along the 5.9m side, contains a sliding drive-through serving window for counter service. The opposite south wall has a glazed double door. Large windows are positioned in both 2.2m end walls: one in the east wall and one in the west wall. Together, these specified openings support customer-facing service and provide glazing on three sides of the module.
The arrangement is stored as a single layout rather than an open connected scheme. Although P600 modules can link or stack where a design specifies it, this configuration remains one module and one storey. Any adjustment to the openings or internal layout would need to be reviewed and reflected in the final quotation.
Selected exterior finish
All four external walls use standard vertical insulated sandwich panels in Cream, matched to RAL 9001, with a smooth finish. This selected treatment applies to the north, east, south and west walls. The public estimate does not separately itemise cladding prices; all final specification and commercial details are confirmed through quotation.
The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this configuration. The restrained cream exterior is specified consistently around the whole module, subject to the final quoted details.
Requested WC and internal finishes
A WC has been requested, but its inclusion and precise arrangement must be confirmed in the final room layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an optional selection. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside the bathroom walls. Shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring, although a shower room is not specified in this stored configuration.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Other wall and floor finishes are selected according to the final room layout and quotation, so illustrated decorative finishes or fixtures should not be treated as guaranteed components. The stored arrangement can be reviewed through the P600 configurator.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, and remains subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the destination postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Siting is subject to survey, including access, ground conditions and the practical requirements of positioning the module at the chosen location.
