Layout within the single module
This building uses one P600 module to create a compact, single-storey garden office. The external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with approximately 11 m² of internal floor area. Exterior finish and terrace
The exterior is finished in vertical timber-effect cladding, giving the office a clear residential character suited to a garden setting. Manufacture, delivery and programme
Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 modular building system, with buildings delivered and installed across the UK. A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to the confirmed specification, production schedule and site readiness. The installation date is agreed once access, groundwork and delivery requirements have been reviewed.
Siting and service requirements
The module requires a suitable prepared base on a level, accessible part of the site. There must be sufficient access for delivery and enough working space for safe positioning and installation. The kitchenette and WC require appropriate water and drainage connections, with all service routes assessed for the individual property. Groundworks, utility connections and other site-specific items are established before manufacture and priced separately.
