Single-module layout
The building uses one 5.9m x 2.2m steel-framed P600 module in a wide, single-storey layout. Module 1 contains the complete internal fit-out: a WC and shower arranged within the approximately 11 m2 internal floor area. Keeping every facility in one module gives buyers a defined footprint, avoids the additional interfaces of a linked building and makes the configuration suitable for sites needing focused washroom provision rather than a larger welfare complex.
Doors, windows and external finish
The south-facing 5.9m wall forms the main elevation. It has a glazed double door positioned between two small windows, providing a double-door entrance with natural light on either side. High-level top-only windows are used elsewhere: two on the north 5.9m wall, one on the east 2.2m end and one on the west 2.2m end. These openings are specific to this configuration and give all four exposed walls a window.
Externally, horizontal cladding in dark grey gives the shower block a restrained, practical appearance. The flat roof is finished with a slim fascia, keeping the profile clean and compact. As a single-storey unit, there is no upper module, external stair or linking section to accommodate.
Fitted specification and price
The internal specification includes the stated WC and shower, supplied as part of the fitted building configuration. The indicative price is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included in that figure and are quoted separately once the location, access and installation requirements have been reviewed.

Programme and site preparation
A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The final programme depends on the confirmed specification, order timing, delivery location and site readiness, so the installation date should be agreed before associated site works are scheduled. Any changes from the standard fitted specification may also affect timing and price.
The site must have a suitable prepared base, clear delivery and installation access, and the required service connection points for the WC and shower. Ground conditions, levels, vehicle access and the method of placing the module need to be assessed for the specific location. Responsibility for groundworks and site-specific works should be established during quotation, as these items are priced separately from the £12,900 ex VAT building figure.
