Single-module run layout
This stored configuration uses one P600 steel-framed module in a single-storey run layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling.

Windows and entrance
The exposed north wall on the 5.9m side has a high-level, top-only window. Both 2.2m end walls, east and west, also have high-level, top-only windows.

Anthracite external finish
All four exposed walls are selected with full-wall ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding in Anthracite. The boards run vertically and are applied between the visible steel frame, giving the module a consistent finish on the north, east, south and west elevations.
The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected.
Requested washroom fit-out
The requested internal fit-out comprises a WC and shower, with the precise positions and partition arrangement to be confirmed in the final room layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. Shower-room areas use wet-room PVC flooring.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Plaster applies outside bathroom walls when that finish is selected, and any other finishes are determined alongside the final room layout. Illustrated fixtures and finishes remain subject to the final quotation and agreed specification. The stored arrangement can be reviewed through the P600 configuration process.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. This figure relates to the described one-module configuration and should not be treated as a final project price.
Transport is priced according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Final siting remains subject to survey, including access and site conditions, before the project requirements can be confirmed.
