P600 Modular Gym with Covered Timber Terrace

A compact single-module gym

This configuration uses one P600 module arranged over a single storey, providing an approximately 11 m² usable internal floor area. The building has a 5.9m x 2.2m footprint, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. Its external height is 2.40m, while the internal ceiling height is 2.16m. It is designed as a compact modular gym for a home setting or a small personal-training studio.

Windows and glazed access

The north-facing 5.9m wall is configured with a small window, a large window and a second small window. The south-facing 5.9m wall has a large window, a double glazed door and another large window. A large window is also specified on each 2.2m end wall, covering the east and west elevations. These openings form part of this stored layout rather than a generic P600 specification.

A covered ground-level timber terrace deck runs alongside the building. It provides an external area immediately beside the gym while retaining the compact, single-module format.

Tik woodgrain exterior and flat roof

All four exposed outside walls are selected with full-wall cladding between the steel frame. The specified finish is Tik (Teak) with an embossed woodgrain appearance, applied to the north, east, south and west walls. Cladding remains subject to the final quotation and is not separately itemised in public pricing.

The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified for this configuration.

Requested WC and shower fit-out

A WC and shower have been requested for confirmation within the final layout. Where toilet and shower rooms are retained, these areas require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Their precise arrangement must be confirmed during quotation because the available internal area also serves the gym use. The request should not be treated as a final room plan until that layout has been agreed.

Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades, but they are not included claims for this stored configuration unless confirmed in the quotation. Fixtures, finishes and details shown in supporting illustrations are likewise subject to final quotation.

Indicative price and site considerations

The indicative configured estimate is £16,260 excluding VAT, or £19,512 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. The position, access route, ground conditions and service requirements must be reviewed through the relevant site assessment before the final arrangement is confirmed through the building configurator.

This is a single-module, single-storey configuration and does not rely on linked or stacked modules. Final siting remains subject to survey, including confirmation that the site can accommodate the 5.9m x 2.2m footprint, covered terrace, access requirements and any works needed for the requested WC and shower facilities.
