Three-module L-shaped layout
This holiday lodge uses three steel-framed P600 modules arranged over one storey in an L-shaped configuration. The overall footprint is 11.8m x 8.1m, with approximately 34 m² of internal usable floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, has an external height of 2.40m and provides an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m.
The linked arrangement creates a broad, angular footprint suited to guest accommodation where distinct living, sleeping and washing areas can be developed through the final internal layout. This stored configuration is intended as a holiday lodge for holiday parks, glamping sites and short-let accommodation.
Windows and entrance arrangement
Module 1 forms the main entrance elevation. Its exposed north-facing 5.9m side has a large window, a glazed double door and a second large window. A full-size window is positioned in the exposed west-facing 2.2m end.
Module 2 has small, large and small windows across both its exposed north-facing and south-facing 5.9m sides. Its exposed east-facing 2.2m end contains a full-size window. Module 3 repeats the small, large and small window arrangement on its exposed east-facing and west-facing 5.9m sides, with a full-size window in the south-facing 2.2m end.
Selected exterior specification
The exposed outside walls are specified with smooth, vertical insulated sandwich panels in Cream, RAL 9001. This finish is selected for the north and west walls of Module 1; the north, east and south walls of Module 2; and the east, south and west walls of Module 3. The configuration is completed by a dual-pitch apex roof. Final fixture, junction and finish details are confirmed by quotation.
Requested internal fit-out
A WC and shower are requested for this lodge, with their positions and room arrangement to be confirmed in the final layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Outside these wet areas, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling.
Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring specifications remain selectable choices or upgrades rather than included features of this stored design. These details can be reviewed when the internal arrangement is finalised through the building configurator.
Quotation and site considerations
The indicative configured estimate is £44,100 excluding VAT, or £52,920 including VAT, and remains subject to quotation. Transport is priced according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate.
Positioning and site requirements are subject to survey. Access must be assessed for the three modules and any equipment needed for offloading and placement. Ground conditions, foundations, service connections and other location-specific requirements must also be established before the final quotation and siting plan are agreed.
