Configured scale and layout
This stored design uses three steel-framed P600 modules arranged across a single storey in an L-shaped layout. The completed configuration has an overall footprint of 11.8m x 8.1m and provides approximately 34 m² of usable internal floor area.
Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m. Together, the three modules create a broader plan suited to zoning living, sleeping and washroom areas within a compact holiday accommodation footprint.
The intended application is a holiday lodge for the Holiday Parks & Accommodation sector. Typical buyers include holiday parks, glamping sites and short-let operators. The internal arrangement, kitchenette and washroom positions remain subject to final layout confirmation and quotation.
Windows and entrance arrangement
Module 1 forms a highly glazed part of the lodge. Its exposed north-facing 5.9m wall is configured with a large window, a glazed double door and a second large window. The exposed 2.2m west end has one full-size window.
Module 2 has two large windows on its exposed north-facing 5.9m wall, one full-size window on the exposed 2.2m east end and two further large windows along the exposed south-facing 5.9m wall.
Module 3 has two large windows on its exposed east-facing 5.9m wall and a full-size window on the exposed 2.2m south end. Its exposed west-facing 5.9m wall contains two additional large windows. These openings are part of the stored configuration, while final fixture details are confirmed within the quotation.
Selected exterior and roof
The included exterior uses vertically installed insulated sandwich panels in Cream, RAL 9001. The selected exposed outside walls of all three modules use standard smooth insulated panels in this colour, creating a consistent finish around the L-shaped arrangement.
The configuration has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected. Final external detailing is confirmed by quotation rather than assumed from illustrative imagery.
Requested internal fit-out
The requested fit-out comprises a kitchenette, WC and shower, with their precise locations to be confirmed in the final plan. The toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels together with wet-room PVC flooring appropriate to those designated areas.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and other hygienic-panel styles can be selected as alternatives or upgrades. Room-by-room flooring choices are also selectable and should not be treated as included unless they are specifically recorded in the final quotation.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £38,700 excluding VAT, or £46,440 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate.
Final siting is subject to survey, including access, ground conditions and the requirements of the proposed location. The stored design can be reviewed and final selections recorded through the building configurator.
